• National certificate in Liquor licensing.
• National certificate in Local Government Committee Management.
• National certificate for Rates Officer (level3) and Rates management (level 5).
• Certificates in Compliance and Regulatory Control - Parking Enforcement.
• Certificates in Compliance and Regulatory Control - Animal Control for Operator and Supervisor.
• Certificates in Compliance and Regulatory Control - Vertebrate Pest Management.
• Certificates in Compliance and Regulatory Control - Pest Plant Management.
• Certificates in Civil Defence Response and Management.
  Other LGITO Certificates in Emergency Welfare, HQ Operations, Communications, Co-ordination & Rescue).

These qualifications set national industry standards which provide a yardstick for performance and training. Training based on these nationally recognised standards has many benefits:
